Longing

Though my heart is beginning to long for the beauty of my garden... the scent of the roses, the buzzing of the bees and the coolness of a fresh picked salad.

This is the reality... ice that encompasses the branches, but dances like diamonds in the sunlight.

I have discovered a delightful way to bring touches of green, be it ever so tiny into the room... to amuse even the smallest of pixies...

Oh so cute Susan...I'm sure the faeries would love a touch of green also!!! What beautiful pics you show us of all that snow...it all looks so dreamy and I have images of being tucked up inside all cozy by the fire!!! For us in the Land Down Under we are having lots of rain, but luckily in our part of the world we are find but are having quite a few cloudy days...Dzintra♥x

Those ice shots are gorgeous - I miss the drama of the winter landscape. Our snow is certainly dramatic when it comes, but it rarely lasts 24 hours and we just don't see the ice-scpes, the icicles etc. I would love to see NOTL in the winter. I'm going to Toronto in late March to see one of my sister's shows, but when she has another in NOTL I'll be calling you!

Good Morning, Dear-

I know, how you feel- sun- green trees- blossoms - I prefer that, too... Sometimes I really want to live, where it is the whole year warm and sunny.

But I think, our bodies need this time, like the nature...

I enjoy your beautiful tender rose-

Oh that is so sweet Susan, its amazing the effect that even the tiniest touch of green can have on the soul.

I see you have a long way to go before a hint of Spring shows itself in the landscape around you. But the icy pictures are so beautiful.

Oh how darling is this Susan! So precious!
The pic of the rose made me literally gasp when I saw it come up. I didn't know how much I missed them until I saw this. I think it's time to look through my garden pictures for a boost.
Your Winter shot shows the beauty you are seeing in your days. The frost and snow makes everything more beautiful.
