Hello Miss Maddie,
I miss visiting with you. Is it really already thanksgiving in Canada? When I bought my house which was built in 1905, I went down to the
library to research the history of my
home. It turned out to be an interesting story of a French Canadian man who traveled 3 times all the way through the ismuth of Panama to California. I found his picture and family story in a History book. He
was one of the first settlers here
in California. I got to meet his granddaughter who was 83. She came to visit me and I took many notes.
It was an amazing day. She grew up in my home. I just love finding hidden treasures from the past. Pinkie Denise

What alovely photo, and how sweet of you to remember. One of my best friends was Canadian, and I always called her on this day before she died. I loved my sweet memories of her, because of your post. Thanks so much!
